Gallery Rentals:

The 4000 sq. ft. studio/gallery space is available for photo-shoot. All weekday or weekend rentals are $500.00 per day with 50% due with application. Upon approval of the application the balance of the rental fee will be due the date of rental. A security deposit of $250.00 must be made by the client at the time of agreement and it will be returned upon inspection of the rental space by a studio staff member. One member of the Emanuel Studios staff is required to stay on the premises during the event and will be compensated $25.00 per hour by the rentee.

Drive in access with two12’x14’ overhead door.
Fully furnished private office with DSL and phone line
Wardrobe/Private room
Computer/Dark room
Full Kitchen for serving
Gated Private Parking is available on the premises.
